Cleveland Cavaliers player Isaac Okoro has been diagnosed with a sprained left elbow and is expected to be out for two to three weeks, according to the franchise itself.
Bad fortune is still bent on putting the brakes on a remarkable season for JB Bickerstaff’s side, who are ranked fifth in the Eastern Conference. The team had already suffered the long-term injuries of Collin Sexton and Ricky Rubio, the latter being resolved with the addition of Rajon Rondo.
The forward has played 27 games this season, 23 of them as a component of the starting five. In them he has averaged 9.0 points and 3.6 rebounds in 28.4 minutes, being especially relevant in the defensive section.
Lamar Stevens, Dylan Windler and Cedi Osman leave as the main candidates to see their role increased. The last one, once you receive the medical discharge and can leave the health and safety protocols of the NBA.
