The head of the Shomron Regional Council, Yossi Dagan, noted that the woman was “brutally murdered,” describing this crime as “horrific” and “barbaric.”
According to the suspicion, this crime was committed against a national background, and so far no suspect has been arrested, according to Haaretz.
It is worth noting that the search for the settlement began yesterday evening, after a report from her family members of her disappearance, after she went jogging and did not return, as the police found her body during the night.
The killed settlement was named Esther Horgan, aged 52, a resident of “Tal Menashe” settlement, and the mother of six children.
