Today, Sunday, the Israeli security forces prevented the completion of the restoration work of marble and internal pillars in the Dome of the Rock chapel in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque compound.
The director of the Al-Aqsa Reconstruction Committee, Bassam Al-Hallaq, told “Wafa”, “The occupation forces raided the Dome of the Rock chapel, and prevented the workers from completing the restoration work, threatening them with deportation and arrest if they continued to work.”
Al-Hallaq added that the forces prevented yesterday the Al-Aqsa Reconstruction Committee from carrying out maintenance and restoration work in Al-Marwani Mosque.
