Israel .. The death of a Palestinian prisoner in his prison a day after he was vaccinated against Corona

The Prisoners’ Affairs Authority and the Palestinian Prisoner Club mourned the prisoner Maher Deeb Sa`sa from Qalqilya, who died today in the Israeli Rimonim prison a day after receiving the Corona vaccine.

The Prisoners Affairs Authority and the Prisoner Club said in a joint statement to them, that there are no clear details yet about the causes of his death, and his case will be followed up and the causes will be established.

The statement pointed out that Sa`sa had received the vaccine yesterday, Tuesday, knowing that he was suffering from diseases and health problems.

The organization and the club held the Israeli authorities fully responsible for the death of Sa`sa, and for the life and fate of all the prisoners in their prisons.

It is noteworthy that Sasa ‘has been detained since 2006, and sentenced to 25 years in prison. He is married and the father of 6 children.
