A family with Italian heritage have revealed the key components of their Nonna’s house that are typically found in all homes belonging to grandparent’s from the European nation.
The video, titled ‘things in our Italian household that just make sense’, was shared to TikTok by user unbelievacow along with the famous track Che La Luna Mezzo Mare.
The footage showed three siblings rock up and down to the beat of the song as they toured the family home to point out classic Italian styled furnishings and designs.

At the front of the home, two of Nonna’s granddaughters pointed to the stained glass windows at the door as well as the bricks and pillars that hold the house together.
There were boxes of tomatoes in another section of the house, which are used to make homemade pasta sauce.
Two of Nonna’s granddaughters then ventured into the bathroom where they posed with toilet cleaning products and a bidet.
In the kitchen, the TikTok video showed off the ‘feature tiles’ which were positioned on the wall between the brown wooden cupboards.
The typical Italian home also comes with its own fully stocked bar and Nonna has decorated the living space with family photos.
In the final snippet of the video, the three granddaughters bop along to the music with their Nonna in front of her ‘forbidden cabinet’, which appears to contain fancy glassware.

‘Why do all grandmothers have the forbidden cabinet,’ one person commented on the video with the laughing emoji.
