The recently renovated property in the affluent Kalorama Heights neighborhood in Washington DC is up for grabs for a staggering $18,000 a month and could be the new home for someone who wants to live like the Trump clan.
The Kushners lived in the family home from 2017 while they both worked as senior advisers to then-President Donald Trump.
They rented the property for $15,000 per-month from Chilean mining billionaire Andrónico Luksic before they upped sticks and left the US capital last week when Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th president of the United States.
But while the couple and their three children, Arabella, 9, Joseph, 7, and Theodore, 4, enjoyed the sprawling six-bedroom home for the last four years, Secret Service agents were reportedly banned from using any of the seven bathrooms while they provided them with round-the-clock protection.
Instead, the US Secret Service was forced to spend more than $100,000 in taxpayer dollars to rent a nearby $3,000-per-month basement studio and walk down the road to use the restroom.

Built in 1923, the 7,299 square foot detached home boasts a range of features perfect for a new family including a family room off the kitchen and a formal separate dining room.
The listing, which features just one photograph of the current interior, promises very contemporary and high-end finishes throughout as well as electrical updates some time in the last four years.
The agent pays repeated reference to the home’s famous connections describing the pad as ‘one of the most well known and photographed houses on the planet, given recent tenants’.
‘Embassies and notable neighbors throughout. Former Pres. Obama’s house a stone throw away,’ it also boasts.
As well as the chance to mix in high-end circles, the home is based just minutes from the city’s airports, downtown DC, Rock Creek Park while also being within easy access of neighboring states Maryland and Virginia.

The hunt for new owners comes just days after packers were seen loading up moving trucks of outside the home for the Kushners’ relocation to Miami.

The Kushners were nowhere to be seen as removal teams got to work carrying large boxes, sofas and a $2,000 Peloton exercise bike out of the property and into the waiting trucks Thursday.
Ivanka confirmed they were leaving Washington DC in a farewell message on Twitter on January 19 – the same day sources revealed they had signed a one-year lease for a luxury condo in one of Miami’s most exclusive complexes.
Security fencing that had been put in place around the home while the then-First daughter lived there was also removed while a Secret Service agent stood by.
But the agent no doubt won’t have been able to take a bathroom break after reports emerged earlier this month that the Kushners had banned Secret Service agents using any of their seven bathrooms while on duty protecting them.
Neighbors and law enforcement officials told The Washington Post that the Secret Service spent months searching for a reliable place to use the bathroom while agents were assigned to Kushner and Trump’s detail.
Before deciding to rent out a nearby apartment, agents used a porta-potty and sometimes would visit the homes of neighbors, like former President Barack Obama, or the not-so-nearby residence of Vice President Mike Pence, to use the bathroom.
They sometimes would use local businesses to relieve themselves, as well.
‘It’s the first time I ever heard of a Secret Service detail having to go to these extremes to find a bathroom,’ one law enforcement official familiar with the situation said.

A spokesperson for the Secret Service originally declined to comment to The Post about the story, explaining the agency ‘does not discuss the means, methods or resources utilized to carry out our protective mission.’
But eight hours after the story had appeared online, the spokesperson told the newspaper that the Secret Service tries to have minimal impact on households it protects.
‘In accordance with this practice, Secret Service personnel do not request access to the facilities at private residences,’ the spokesperson said.
‘Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have not denied Secret Service personnel access to their home to include use of the restroom.’
The Kushners waved goodbye to the DC home for good last week as Ivanka’s father left the White House – while refusing to attend his successor’s inauguration.
Trump’s eldest daughter confirmed the Kushners would be leaving DC in a social media post January 19 as the Trump clan all head off for a new life in Florida.
Ivanka wrote that she would be ‘leaving DC in awe of the compassion, grace and grit that exists across this nation’.
She also expressed support for President Joe Biden, wishing him, his wife Dr Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff ‘wisdom, courage and strength’.
‘It has been the honor of a lifetime to serve our nation as an Advisor to the President,’ Ivanka wrote.

Jared and Ivanka have signed a one-year lease on a condominium in one of Miami’s most coveted oceanfront buildings, Arte Surfside, the Wall Street Journal first reported.
Arte is one of the most expensive complexes in the Surfside neighborhood, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month.
Its penthouse sold for $33million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York last month.
The 12-story dazzling pyramid-shaped complex overlooks the Atlantic and was designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio in 2019.
It boasts 16 units, ranging in size from 3,150 to 7,550 square feet with between three and five bedrooms. It’s unclear what size unit Ivanka and Jared will be settling into.

The units are outfitted with Roman travertine ceilings, European white oak floors, Poliform cabinetry, Italian marble countertops, Gaggenau appliances and expansive terraces wrapping around the perimeter.
They also each have private temperature controlled parking spots and direct elevator entry with digital fingerprint recognition.
It also has 24-hour security, but the WSJ source said Ivanka and Jared plan to bring in their own personal security detail as well.
The couple and their three children are said to be using the large, unfurnished unit as a temporary home while they build a more permanent one on a two-acre plot they purchased on Indian Creek Island for $31.8million late last year.
The island off the coast of Miami got the nickname ‘Billionaire Bunker’ because of the high-profile residents that have settled onto the island, including model Adriana Lima and billionaire businessman Carl Icahn of New York City.

Each home on Indian Creek is built around the perimeter of the island to ensure that all residents have a waterfront view, while the middle is occupied with the luxurious Indian Creek Country Club and a 18-hole golf course.
Ivanka and Jared reportedly bought Lot 4 on the island, which previously belonged to singer Julio Iglesias, to build their new home. A listing for the plot of land measures it at 1.84 acres with 200 feet of private waterfront. Taxes are reportedly $427,000 a year.
The couple’s purchase of the land has sparked rumors that she plans to run for the US Senate in Florida in 2022 in the hopes of forging her own political career.
Jared’s brother, Joshua Kushner, and his model wife Karlie Kloss – who are expecting their first child – have also bought a home in Florida.
The rest of the Trump clan are also looking to relocate to Florida to join their father who returned to Mar-a-Lago Wednesday.
Newly engaged Tiffany is thought to be contemplating a move to the Sunshine State, as is the president’s eldest son Don Jr and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle.
