The Boston Celtics have denied any interest in undertaking a transfer operation between Ben Simmons and Jaylen Brown, reported journalist Brian Robb in Masslive.
Given Simmons’ extra-sporting problems in Philadelphia, and Boston’s irregular start, it would have been speculated with a possible exchange between the two; however, from the Massachusetts offices they have declared him “non-transferable.”
Jaylen Brown, who is in his sixth season with the Celtics, is averaging 25.6 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 36.5 minutes this season, being the best averages of his NBA career.
Ahead of him are this and two additional contract seasons for a total of approximately $ 86.21 million.
