A few days ago we heard Bradley Beal say that they try to recruit him in almost every game. It’s not a surprise. The level of the guard has been excellent for years, and to this is added that the Wizards have not gone through their best moment. With those ingredients, it is not surprising that other stars have knocked on his door and, although Beal chose not to give names, one of them seems to be Jayson Tatum.
The Boston forward recently chatted with Abby Chin from NBC Sports Boston, who asked him directly if he had spoken to him shooting guard from Washington about playing together. This was his answer:
“Yes. We have talked about it many times. I think, even more, how great it would be to play with him. How we grew up and how close we are… It’s something I’ve always dreamed of. We didn’t get a chance with Team USA, but we got to play each other in the all-star game last year, which was a special moment. You know what I mean. It’s just like playing with your big brother. Who wouldn’t want to do that? ”He says before admitting that it’s easy to make it possible.
There are many things involved in something like this. Obviously, there are decisions that you would have to make, such as what is best for your family. What is clear is that the idea of doing it is something that we both like, “he concludes.
Tatum is right. Seeing him alongside Bradley Beal and Jaylen Brown on the Celtics sounds great, and it wouldn’t hurt for them to join their paths in Washington, either. Both (Tatum and Beal) are from St. Louis, and because of this they have a special connection; Different issue is that they can carry out a plan that needs too many economic and sporting nuances to be met.
