The number of refugees residing in Jordan with special needs and humanitarian conditions reached 214,272 out of 752,000 registered with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

She added, “In Jordan, there are 2515 separated unaccompanied children.”
The statistic indicated that the elderly make up about 4.8% of the refugees residing in Jordan, with 36072 refugees, while children under the age of 18 make up 46.8% of the refugees in Jordan, with 351557 children.
She added: “Out of about 752 thousand refugees in Jordan, Syrians make up about 88.1% of them, 661.9 thousand, followed by the Iraqis, 66.8 thousand or 8.9%, the Yemenis, 2%, 14.6 thousand, Sudanese, 6 thousand, Somalis, 742, and other nationalities 1551.”
