The 41-year-old stylist told Stellar’s Body and Soul magazine on Saturday that the trick is simply to substitute for a different hot drink.

She said: ‘There’s something ritualistic about having a warm drink, but what if it wasn’t coffee?

Tips! Jules Sebastian (pictured) has revealed to Stellar’s Body and Soul magazine how she quit drinking too much coffee for good. The stylist posed for a shoot for the issue, out on Saturday

‘I recommend having your coffee and then if you want another one, test yourself and have a different warm drink and see if that does the trick. Tea is more of a soul drink, a warm comforting hug – rather than coffee, which is there to kickstart your day.’

In the shoot accompanying the interview, Jules shows off her incredible figure in fitted bike shorts and an athletic top as she poses on a cliff-side.

The mother-of-two has revealed in the past how she revamped her health by going cold turkey on sugar, carbohydrates and alcohol.

‘It was pretty hardcore. We stopped doing all the things we loved doing. It was all about mental strength,’ she said.

But once Jules said she started ‘making a shift in my brain’, she began to notice the results.

‘The first week was the hardest, with all the withdrawal symptoms from sugar,’ she said.

‘But I was strict. For me, it had to be a rule. I would eat no sugar, carbohydrates or alcohol – there could be no grey area or cheat day.’

By the time the eight-week training period was up, the mum-of-two said she knew ‘this is how I should be living’.
