The Bucks have completed the gap for a dual contract remaining on the roster. The player chosen for this is Justin Robinson, as reported by Shams Charania, a journalist from The AthleticIn this way, he will have the opportunity to try to continue an NBA career that has had problems establishing itself.
Robinson, a point guard trained at Virginia Tech University, has not been someone with much presence in the league, since in the two seasons in which he has been part of it he has barely played 18 games in total, nine with the Washington Wizards in the 19-20 season and as many with the Oklahoma City Thunder in the 20-21. Where he has been most prolific is in the G League, in which he has averaged 15.5 points and 5.9 assists as a player for the Delaware Blue Coats.
The point guard tried his luck in the 2019 draft, but failed to be selected and since then he has always been making a dent based on dual contracts. We will see if this, signed with the recent champion, allows him to have a little more exposure and try to make the leap to the NBA in a more definitive way.
