For the first time at the international level, the Kalashnikov Group unveiled a modern AK-19 rifle that fits in its caliber “NATO” bullets, at the IDEX-2021 arms exhibition that was launched today in Abu Dhabi.
The AK-19 was designed on the basis of the AK-12, which was adopted by the Russian army in 2018.
The AK-19 is designed with a caliber of 5.56 x 45 mm approved by “NATO”, with a barrel length of 415 mm and a weight of 3.35 kg.
The modern style is equipped with a telescopic shoulder support that can be controlled in length according to 4 positions, as well as a durable plastic grip to enhance its stability in the hand.
