The 24-year-old makeup mogul made the big announcement by uploading an emotional video to Instagram featuring the very first glimpse at her growing bump.
Reports that Jenner was pregnant first circulated in late August, but none of the Kardashian-Jenner clan came forward to confirm or deny the news.

Travis and Kylie have dated on and off since 2017, going on to welcome their first child, daughter Stormi, now three, in 2018.
Jenner’s announcement video opens on a clip of Jenner walking around her Hidden Hills home with a positive pregnancy test in hand.
Travis is then seen wrapping his arms around Kylie as she stands before a mirror with her pregnancy test still in her hand.
The next clip shows Travis, Kylie, and Stormi heading to get what appears to be the very first ultrasound of their child to be.

‘Are you ready to go to Mommy’s doctor?’ asks Kylie, to which Stormi replied: ‘Yes!’
Taking fans along for the emotional ride, Jenner included actual footage of her ultrasound appointment.
An ultrasound technician can be heard telling the couple that they are just ‘a couple of days away’ from being able to hear their child’s heartbeat.
The next clip shows Stormi presenting her grandmother Kris Jenner with an envelope, which contains ultrasound images of her soon-to-be grandchild.
Totally surprised, a visibly emotional Kris flips through the images and joyfully asks Kylie: ‘Are you pregnant?!’
The 65-year-old momager let the waterworks flow as she turned to Stormi and exclaimed, ‘We’re gonna have a baby!’
She continued: ‘This is one of the happiest days of my life!’
Giving fans a closer look at her burgeoning bump, Kylie posed outdoors with her cellphone camera propped up in order to capture herself from the neck down.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder, donning a white sports bra and sweatpants, cradled and caressed her bump.
Celebrating her 24th birthday on August 10, Jenner included footage from an intimate celebration held at her home.
The party footage showcased the elaborate decor, as well as sweet moments shared between Kylie, Travis, and their three-year-old daughter.
