Speaking to the Russian Idea magazine, Lavrov said, “It seems to me that it is difficult to hope for any serious changes in the complex of bilateral relations after the Biden administration came to power. The prospects for developing cooperation do not stop only on us, but also on the American side. We are always open to dialogue.” The impartiality based on the principles of mutual respect and the balance of interests, and which aims to search for compromises. He added, “In this sense, steady and predictable cooperation between Russia and the United States, as guarantors of international stability, conforms to the mutual interests and needs of the entire international community,” he added.
