Leicester City snatched top spot in the Premier League after beating Chelsea (2-0) on Tuesday evening, in the postponed match between them in the 18th round of the “Premier League”.
The “Leicester Foxes” double was signed by the players, Wilfred Ndidi and James Madison in minutes (6 and 41), respectively, at Walkers Stadium in Leicester.
Leicester raised its tally after this victory to 38 points, and rose to the top of the league, one point surpassing Manchester United, which has a game in hand.
While Chelsea stuck at 29 points, and is ranked eighth, so far, on the Premier League ladder.
