Brit Award-winning singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi will headline two major UK park shows this summer as part of his recently announced world tour. The Scottish artist is scheduled to perform at Newcastle’s Exhibition Park on July 8th and Liverpool’s Sefton Park on August 15th.
The concerts are part of the “In The Park” festival series, with further acts for the lineup to be announced in the coming weeks. Tickets will go on general sale on Friday, following a pre-sale on Thursday.
This tour marks Capaldi’s highly anticipated return to performing after taking a break to focus on his mental health. The hiatus was announced after his 2023 Glastonbury set, where he struggled to finish his performance due to his well-documented battle with Tourette’s Syndrome, leading to a powerful moment where the crowd sang his lyrics back to him in support.
