The commander of the Libyan National Army, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, issued strict instructions to control security in Benghazi, after the security breaches that the city witnessed in recent days.
Haftar stressed the need for any arrest procedures issued by the Military Prosecution to appear security and according to the legal procedures, warning anyone who violates these instructions to be held accountable and tried.
The instructions include requiring all military units to paint their vehicles in the color designated for the army, stick their logos on the military vehicles, and that the movement of all military vehicles be in accordance with the controls followed by the Libyan Arab Armed Forces.
