Cristiano Ronaldo rose to second place in the list of most goalscorers in official matches, after he scored twice in Juventus’s 4-1 match against Udinese, on Sunday.
Ronaldo raised the number of his goals to 758 in all the official matches he played with the clubs he defended (Lisbon, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus) and with his country, Portugal.
Ronaldo is now on the top of the list of players to score the most goals in official matches throughout history, a matter of time, as only two goals separate him from breaking the record recorded in the name of Czech Josef Pekan (759 goals).
Ronaldo, 35, is expected to compete during the next few seasons with his Argentine rival, Lionel Messi, to be on top of the list of most goals-scoring players in official matches throughout history, as he has “Al-Barghout” in his tally of 715 goals now, and is ranked fifth in the list, But he is two years younger than Ronaldo.
