Liverpool are eager to tie midfielders Fabinho and Georginio Wijnaldum down to new contracts.
Fabinho has made a tremendous impact since his arrival at Anfield in 2018 and Liverpool want to extend his current deal, which is set to run until the summer of 2023.
As reported by The Guardian, Liverpool want to extend Fabinho’s deal until 2025 or 2026 and increase his pay significantly. The Brazilian has frequently filled in at centre-back during Liverpool’s injury crisis.
