Liverpool won its guest Fulham 2-1 on Wednesday evening, at Anfield, in the first leg of the semi-finals of the English Football League Cup.
Liverpool ended the first half losing to its London guest, with a goal scored by Brazilian Willian in the 19th minute.
Liverpool turned the tables on its guest in the second half within less than 3 minutes, as Curtis Jones scored the equalizer in the 68th minute.
In the 71st minute, Dutch striker Cody Jacobo scored the winning goal for Liverpool.

The two teams will meet again in the return match, which will be held next Wednesday evening, at Craven Cottage Stadium, the home of Fulham.
The first leg of the semi-final of the English League Cup ended with Middlesbrough defeating Chelsea 1-0 yesterday, Tuesday.
Chelsea and Middlesbrough will meet again in the return match next Tuesday at Stamford Bridge.
