Juventus are reportedly exploring multiple high-profile alternatives in their search for a new striker, as their primary pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain’s Randal Kolo Muani continues to face obstacles. With competition for the French forward also coming from Premier League clubs like Newcastle United and Manchester United, the Bianconeri are now considering Liverpool’s Darwin Núñez, PSG’s Gonçalo Ramos, and Manchester United’s Rasmus Højlund. Juventus have also reportedly made inquiries about Jadon Sancho, whose potential arrival could be linked to the departures of Timothy Weah and Loïc Mbangula. In addition to bolstering their attack, the Turin club is making a move for Atlético Madrid’s World Cup-winning full-back, Nahuel Molina.
Meanwhile, Inter Milan are in negotiations with Atalanta for Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman, who is reportedly eager to join the Nerazzurri. However, a significant gap remains between the clubs’ valuations, with Atalanta holding out for a €50 million fee against Inter’s opening offer of €40 million. Atalanta may prefer to sell the player abroad if their asking price is not met.
Elsewhere in Serie A, AC Milan are said to be close to securing their third major signing of the summer, targeting Brighton’s Pervis Estupiñán for a reported €20 million to replace the outgoing Theo Hernández. Napoli are weighing up ambitious moves for either Juventus winger Federico Chiesa or Manchester City’s Jack Grealish.
In other transfer news, AS Roma are reportedly finalizing a deal for the Brazilian full-back Wesley.
On the international stage, Italy’s women’s national team is set to face defending champions England in a crucial European Championship semi-final.
