Lina, sister of the Saudi activist, Loujain Al-Hathloul, revealed, on Tuesday, what happened in the appeal session submitted by Loujain to lift the travel ban and her conviction.
Lina Al-Hathloul said in a tweet on “Twitter”: “Loujain appeared today in court during the appeal session against the ruling issued against her.”
Today she was to Jane at the Court of Appeal. The Public Prosecution office requested that she be served until the rest of the two years in prison, as well as a more severe punishment.
The judge asked Jane if she regretted what she had done and wanted to apologize or repent, and Jane replied that she had proven in all of her arguments that she had not committed any crime, on what basis did her repentance advance.#FreeLoujain

She added, “The public prosecutor called for an increase in the sentence, and the judge asked Jane if she regrets what she did?” She said, “She did not commit any crime.”
The Saudi activist appeared earlier, in a video clip, while she was on her way to the court to attend the appeal session after her release while continuing to impose a travel ban on her.
