A widespread Spectrum service outage on Wednesday left approximately 20,000 customers in Oceana County and the White Lake area without internet and phone access.
The disruption significantly impacted local businesses, with many reporting on social media their inability to use phone systems or process credit card transactions.
According to Spectrum, the cause of the “multi-node” outage has not yet been determined, and the company has not provided an estimated time for service restoration.
