A Pennsylvania confectionary factory is currently being fined more than $14,500 more than a 2022 incident that included two personnel slipping into a vat of chocolate.
According the Occupational Basic safety and Health and fitness Administration, the two deal staff at an M&M/Mars factory in Elizabethtown were neither authorized nor qualified to get the job done in tanks. OSHA is holding Mars Wrigley accountable for the incident, the Affiliated Press described.
