Popular demonstrations and solidarity marches continue Gaza strip In a number of Western, Arab and Islamic cities, in light of the continuation of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip for the 30th day and the failure of efforts to impose a ceasefire that would stop the ongoing bloodshed.
The following are the most prominent demonstrations that took place today in solidarity with Gaza:
Indonesia
The Indonesian capital, Jakarta, witnessed massive demonstrations denouncing the Israeli war on Gaza and demanding a ceasefire, in which government ministers, party leaders, parliamentarians, and leaders of Indonesian Islamic organizations participated.
Organizers estimated the number of participants in the demonstration at about one and a half million people. During which the participants raised slogans demanding the lifting of the siege on Gaza, the entry of humanitarian aid, and an end to the war.

Thousands participated in a massive demonstration in the American capital, Washington, to demand an end to the Israeli war on Gaza, denouncing the policies supporting Israel and the role of President Joe Biden, whom demonstrators described as an “accomplice in genocide.”
The demonstrators marched through the streets of Washington, waving Palestinian flags, and chanting slogans including: “Biden, Biden, you cannot hide. You participated in genocide.” Then they gathered at Freedom Square, steps away from the White House.

France
Thousands demonstrated today in Marseille, southern France, in support of the Palestinians, demanding a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
The participants, who raised Palestinian flags, chanted, “Children of Gaza, children of Palestine, it is humanity that is being killed,” “Liberate Gaza, liberate Palestine.”
The crowds also chanted “Zionists, fascists, you are the terrorists,” “Israel is a criminal and Macron is complicit,” and “Palestine will win.”
Türkiye
Today, Turkish police fired tear gas to disperse pro-Palestinian demonstrators in front of the Incirlik military base, which houses American weapons and forces.
The demonstration in front of Incirlik Air Base in southeastern Turkey was organized by the Turkish Humanitarian Relief Organization, an organization that in 2010 led the “Freedom Flotilla” in an attempt to break the Israeli siege on the Gaza Strip, but the Israeli Navy intercepted it in an operation during which 10 civilians were killed.
Pictures spread on social media showed hundreds carrying Palestinian flags and running in a field while police pursued them with tear gas and a water hose in Incirlik.

Canada
The Palestinian Youth Movement organized a demonstration in Toronto, Canada, in solidarity with Gaza against Israeli attacks. Nearly 25,000 people gathered in front of the US Consulate building, demanding a ceasefire in the Strip.
The demonstrators also accused Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and US President Joe Biden of “partnering in genocide in Gaza” and “supporting terrorism.”
Spain
Thousands of demonstrators gathered in the capital, Madrid, in support of Palestine and in solidarity with it. The demonstrators chanted slogans calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and describing the Israeli attacks as “genocide,” accusing Europe of financing the “Israeli killing machine.”
The cities of Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao and Toledo also witnessed demonstrations of solidarity with Palestine during the past days.
Morocco
Tens of thousands of demonstrators gathered in a popular march in the city of Tangier (north), to support the Palestinian people and denounce the continuing Israeli bombing of Gaza, in addition to calling for a halt to normalization between the Kingdom and Israel.
The march, called for by the National Action Group for Palestine (an independent civil body), traveled through the main streets of the city center and reached the Place des Nations, with the participation of demonstrators from many Moroccan cities.
The march was organized under the slogan “The Moroccan people are with the Palestinian people in the battle of Al-Aqsa flood against the barbaric Israeli aggression, and against normalization.”

Italy
A demonstration took place in the city of Lodi, northern Italy, in support of Palestine and denouncing the crimes of the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip.
Denmark
Hundreds of people came out in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, in support of Palestine and to denounce the crimes of the Israeli occupation in Gaza, according to what the European Palestinian Information Center posted on its Facebook account.
Greece
A demonstration was organized for Palestine, followed by a solidarity march in Syntagma Square, the largest square in the Greek capital, Athens.
The demonstrators chanted “Freedom for Palestine,” criticizing their government’s policy toward Palestine and its “dereliction” in supporting the Palestinians.
Germany
A large number of demonstrators gathered in Alexanderplatz Square in the German capital, Berlin. The demonstrators chanted “Freedom for Palestine” and raised banners highlighting the killing of thousands of children in Gaza.
In a speech delivered by one of the protesters at the demonstration, he criticized the German government’s policy and its silence regarding what is happening in Gaza.
The cities of Bremerhaven and Stuttgart in southern Germany also witnessed demonstrations in support of Palestine and denouncing the crimes of the Israeli occupation.
Belgium
Hundreds of people took part in the Belgian capital, Brussels, in a demonstration in support of Palestine and denouncing the crimes of the Israeli occupation in Gaza.

A demonstration took place in the Swedish city of Malmo denouncing the Israeli massacres in Gaza, raising Palestinian flags.
A second demonstration took place in the Swedish city of Stockholm in solidarity with the Palestinians against the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
Ghana
Today, dozens of people participated in a march in the Nyima neighborhood in the Ghanaian capital, Accra, in solidarity with Palestine and in rejection of the occupation’s violations in the Gaza Strip. The participation of children was remarkably prominent during the demonstration.
