The closet of Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, the star of Paris Saint-Germain and captain of the French national team, is crowded with team titles, individual awards and personal records, even though the player celebrates – today – only his 25th birthday.
In his career, Mbappé scored 304 goals and provided 148 assists in 416 matches he played with the French national team and Monaco and Saint-Germain.
Mbappe’s saga began in 2016 with the French club Monaco and continued with Paris Saint-Germain and the French national team, during which he achieved 16 titles.

Saint-Germain’s all-time top scorer
Last March, Mbappe became the all-time top scorer for the Parisian team, after scoring the fourth goal for his team in their victory over Nantes (4-2) in the 26th round of the French League.
Mbappe holds the record for the number of goals in the history of the Parisian team, with 201 goals in 247 matches, ahead of Uruguayan Edinson Cavani (200 goals). He continued to score 231 goals in 281 matches for the Parisian team.
List of France’s top scorers
Mbappe entered the short list of France’s all-time top scorers in a short period, occupying third place with 46 goals, behind the legend Thierry Henry (51) and Olivier Giroud (56).
At the age of 24, Mbappe became the youngest football player to reach goal number 300, joining a group of football stars, led by Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Local awards
“The French Arrow” was crowned top scorer in the local league on 5 occasions, and once with the award for the player who created the most goals.
He won the French Player of the Year award 3 times, and the Player of the Year award 4 times.

World Cup numbers
With the France national team, Mbappe won the World Cup in 2018 in Russia, and also reached the final in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The Qatar edition witnessed Mbappe scoring 8 full goals, becoming the player who scored the most during a single edition in 20 years, equaling the record of the legend Ronaldo Nazario, who scored the same number in the 2002 edition, in which Brazil won the title.
He also became the second player after Brazilian legend Pele, to score a hat-trick in a World Cup final.
Mbappe also ranks second on the World Cup top scorers list with 12 goals (including 4 in two final matches, which is a record), just one goal behind his compatriot Geist Fontaine.
Continental numbers
At the age of only 24, the French star reached his 41st goal in 62 Champions League matches, which prompted his coach Luis Enrique to describe him as “the best player in the world currently.”
