Medhat El Adl: The Egyptian mind has been absent for 50 years

Egyptian author and screenwriter Medhat El Adl, a candidate for the Zamalek club elections, said that many media outlets call for the rejection of sports fanaticism, but on the ground they do the opposite.

He added in a televised speech that “the clubs’ channels must announce their support for their teams, and this is normal, but without fanaticism.”

He explained that the Real Madrid channel encourages its club all the time, without compromising Barcelona, ​​pointing out that the Egyptian community lives in a different situation.

He continued: “There is a process of bulldozing the Egyptian mind and raising the Darwish, and we have said that for more than 50 years, and social media has become a means to promote him and promote the conspiracy, and the logic of the weak is to always claim a conspiracy against him by others.”
