Mexican stock market outlines its fourth consecutive advance

Las mexico stock exchanges are making strong progress in their first negotiations on Tuesday. The indices are painted green for the fourth consecutive day, in line with other markets abroad, with the focus on the reporting season for the third quarter.

the leading index S&P/BMV IPC from Mexican stock exchange (BMV), which groups the 35 most liquid shares in the Mexican market, gains 1.13% to 48,305.35 units. The FTSE BIVAfrom Institutional Stock Market (Biva), advances 1.17% at 1,009.09 units.

Both indices reach levels not seen since mid-August, boosted by optimism generated by positive quarterly reports. In the last four days, the Mexican stock indices accumulate yields close to 4.5 percent.

Within the S&P/BMV IPC, most of the components operate positively, with increases in 31 values ​​and losses in four. The best performances so far this session are Kimberly-Clark from Mexico, with 3.93%, and Arca Continental, with 3.27 percent.

“Most of the stock markets started the week positively, infected by the recovery of the New York market. However, this trend will depend a lot on the results of the third quarter that the companies continue to present,” explained Metanalisis.
