Within the index, most stocks ended in positive territory, with 26 showing gains and nine in the red. The greatest advances were made by Grupo México, with 9.74%, Cemex, with 6.19%, and outside the Latin American Sites index, with 12.62 percent.
In its third consecutive week with gains, the S&P/BMV IPC index accumulated a positive movement of 4.25% from a level of 49,086.30 units, while the FTSE BIVA index registered a gain of 4.35% from 1,025.90 units.
