Michael Jordan and his wife Yvette dined out with Magic Johnson on their vacation in Italy and the NBA stars were serenaded at the famous Da Paolino Ristorante in Capri.
The basketball icons were rubbing shoulders with Hollywood royalty as well – Samuel L Jackson was also there, soaking up the sunshine of the European summer while Jimmy Kimmel hilariously later photoshopped himself into a picture from the night.
‘Tonight we enjoyed an incredible dinner at the world-famous Da Paolino Ristorante AKA the lemon tree restaurant in Capri, Italy,’ Johnson wrote in an Instagram post.
‘AND I got to hang out with my great friend and the greatest basketball player to ever live, Michael Jordan, and his wife Yvette, Sam (Samuel L Jackson) and LaTanya Jackson, Judge Greg and Linda Mathis, and John and Vicki Palmer.’
Johnson also shared a video on his story showing himself and Jordan being sang to by a band in the restaurant.

But at time, the NBA legends looked a bit unsure what to do as the performance went on

Jimmy Kimmel made his own jokes about the video, photoshopping himself into a picture and tweeting it out, saying: ‘Belting out showtunes with my best friends Michael Jordan & @MagicJohnson at the world-famous Da Paolino Ristorante in Capri.’
The 60-year-old Jordan has been relaxing in Europe with his family this summer and was spotted smoking a cigar on a boat on the island of Capri on Tuesday.
Jordan and Prieto, 44, tend to keep a low profile but they were seen with their twin daughters on the island of Sicily last week.
The couple met in a Miami nightclub in 2008, with Jordan proposing to the Cuban-born model three years later. They married back in 2013 and a year later they welcomed their daughters, now nine.
In recent weeks, Jordan has been in the headlines amid reports he is selling his majority stake in the Charlotte Hornets for an eye-watering $3billion, after 13 years as the owner of the NBA team.
Their latest trip comes after Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of NBA star Scottie Pippen, said she was ’embarrassed’ and ‘traumatized’ by Jordan declaring that he does not approve of her dating his son Marcus.
Jordan has been embroiled in a row with Pippen, who was married to Larsa from 1997 until 2021.

Larsa’s romance with Marcus has been a constant lightning rod ever since it began last September.
Jordan was asked last week while emerging from a Paris restaurant if he was in favor of the relationship and said with a laugh: ‘No!’
On a new episode of Marcus and Larsa’s podcast Separation Anxiety, the latter shared her reaction to Jordan’s remark.
Larsa ‘didn’t think it was funny’ and seemed bemused that Marcus saw the humor in the situation.
Marcus explained that ‘my whole family, we’re all competitive. The Jordans, like, part of our DNA is to talk s***, you know? And it gets us going. It gets us motivated.’
When he got wind of what Jordan said about Larsa, he ‘immediately I thought: “Like, he’s playing. he’s being jov- joking, he’s laughing. He’s, you know, just being playful.’
Marcus waggishly added that his father might have been ‘a little lit’ off tequila at the Paris restaurant Matignon the night of his viral dig at Larsa.
Larsa said she was ‘traumatized’ by the thought of people assuming she was ‘lying’ when she claimed her and Marcus’ families were ‘fine’ with the romance.
‘But I do understand that it’s not awkward for us to be together ’cause it’s us, but it probably is awkward for my ex and your dad,’ she conceded.
She insisted that neither she nor Marcus had any involvement with the bad blood between Jordan and Pippen, but acknowledged that ‘for them it probably is weird’ and added that she ‘can’t be mad’ at Jordan for his personal feelings.
