is just not shying away from merger exercise. The company declared in a Friday early morning weblog article that it has acquired Lumenisity Constrained, which will make hollow main fiber (HCF) alternatives. “The acquisition will increase Microsoft’s potential to more optimize its worldwide cloud infrastructure and serve Microsoft’s Cloud System and Companies clients with stringent latency and safety prerequisites,” Microsoft reported in the site post. “The technology can give gains across a wide variety of industries like healthcare, fiscal companies, manufacturing, retail and federal government.” The post failed to disclose conditions of the offer. The announcement arrives on the heels of the FTC’s Thursday declaration that it would look for to block Microsoft’s pending $69 billion acquisition of Activision on anticompetitive grounds.
