Mike Tindall has arrived in Australia as he prepares to become the first ever Royal Family member to appear on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The 44-year-old cut a casual figure as he landed at Brisbane Airport, donning a baseball cap, dark sunglasses, t-shirt and jeans.
The former England rugby international is one of the biggest stars to enter the jungle this year, with bosses rumoured to have paid him up to £150,000 for the gig.
Ten celebrities will be entering the jungle on day one with more expected to follow at later dates.
Mike, who married King Charles’ niece Zara Phillips, 41, in 2011, told The Sun: ‘It’s probably one of the longest times we’ve been away completely with no communication. When you go away you still have communication, so that’s obviously going to be the hardest bit.
‘You’ve just got to get your head around doing what you’re doing and try and win some stars and stuff and see where you go from there. I want to win stars because I want to eat!
‘The hanger is always going to be the biggest thing you have got to worry about but I’ve also got three kids, so dealing with lack of sleep comes with the territory.’
The father-of-three said Australia has a special place in his heart as he met his wife in Sydney.
Asked how she felt about him going on the show, he joked: ‘She is fine, otherwise I wouldn’t have done it would I?’

The former England rugby international is one of the biggest stars to enter the jungle this year, with bosses rumoured to have paid him up to £150,000
He said he was not thinking about being crowned King of the Jungle and said he hopes the experience will be ‘good fun’, although he admitted he ‘might regret it.’
Popular culture and brand expert Nick Ede previously told MailOnline that the show will be a great move for ‘brand Tindall’.
‘I am sure Mike will have been paid in excess of £150,000 to appear, but the true value of the show is what you do after it,’ he told Femail.
‘Whether he gets a prime role as a sports pundit or panelist or host of a show who knows but for ‘brand Tindall’ this is a great step and will increase his celebrity equity ten fold. All eyes will be on Mike this year.’
He also believes that Mike’s ‘devotion’ to his royal wife made him popular with Brits, after he married into the Royal Family and became the son-in-law of Princess Anne in 2011.
He added: ‘There may well be two kings in the Royal Family this year – one of the crown and one of the jungle.’
He’s in! The full line-up for this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! has been revealed – with Mike Tindall confirmed as going into the jungle
Big get: Boy George is bringing his star power to the show that’s filming in Australia for the first time since 2019
Presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have also landed Down Under, marking the first time the series is back in Australia since 2019.
Leading this year’s line-up is singer Boy George, who has secured the biggest paycheque in the show’s history to take part.
MailOnline revealed the Karma Chameleon hitmaker secured a payday of almost $1million to take part, with a source saying: ‘It’s been a long time since we had a huge global star film the show and he will no doubt draw viewers.
‘He’s a national treasure and we have no doubt viewers will make him king of jungle.’
The Culture Club musician may avoid many of the show’s eating challenges which involve digesting various creepy crawlies as he adheres to a vegan diet.
Olivia Attwood has already landed in Australia and was spotted in Brisbane airport in recent days as she gears up for the jungle.
The beauty is no stranger to reality TV, having first found fame on Love Island in 2017 before going on to appear on TOWIE.

Owen previously dated Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry, but the couple split last summer amid claims he reportedly messaged glamour model, Apollonia Llewellyn, begging to meet up.
Charlene White has also signed up for the show, swapping her regular seat on the Loose Women panel for the jungle.
A source told The Sun bosses are hoping she gives her fellow campmates a grilling:’ She’s got some strong opinions, but is really personable and will be good value around the Aussie campfire.
‘They hope her journalistic background means she will eke out some illuminating conversations from her campmates, which shouldn’t be hard given some of the people she’ll be sleeping in a bunk next to.’
Chris Moyles was one of the first star’s spotted arriving in Australia ahead of the series, with the radio DJ said to have been top of producers’ wishlist for a number of years.
Speaking about the show, Chris told The Sun: ‘I have absolutely no idea what my family and friends would think of me doing a show like I’m A Celebrity.
‘I have never asked them. But I think they would be much more nervous about me doing Antiques Roadshow. It should be nice, fingers crossed anyway.’

Exciting: Babatunde Aleshe has reportedly signed up for the upcoming series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
Retired England star Jill was also spotted arriving in Australia after being part of the rumoured lineup.

The Lionesses made history this summer when they were the first English side to win a major trophy since the Three Lions won the World Cup in 1966, and a record crowd at Wembley saw Chloe Kelly score the winning goal.
Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver has also signed up for the show and was the third star spotted arriving in the airport on Wednesday.
She appeared relaxed as she walked through the terminal and onto her next destination, being greeted by press as she touched down.
