The 54-year-old is making his highly-anticipated boxing comeback after 15 years out of the ring against fellow great Jones Jr in an eight-round exhibition fight in Los Angeles on Sunday morning.
The blockbuster clash, which ex-four-weight world champion Jones Jr recently described as ‘bucket-list material,’ has already broken pay-per-view records despite the fight having a ‘no knockout rule’ in place and will be stopped if either boxer suffers a cut.

Many fans are intrigued as to whether they will once again catch a glimpse of Tyson’s persona as ‘the baddest man on the planet’ will make a return this weekend.
In his pomp, ‘Iron Mike’ took no prisoners, blitzing all manner of opponent that stood across the ring from the Brooklyn-born star.
However, he was at times clouded by controversy, the most high-profile being when he bit the ear of Evander Holyfield during the pair’s mammoth grudge rematch in 1997.

And Tyson has made reference to the controversial moment in a new video titled ‘Thanksgiving with the Tyson’s’ in which the fan-favourite carves up a cake of Jones Jr for his underwhelmed children.
Presenting the Jones Jr cake to his kids, Tyson explains that it is a ‘turkey’ before revealing ‘I like ears’. ‘Tastes so much better than Evander’s, Roy tastes real good,’ Tyson quips in the quirky video.
It is unlikely that we will see the shocking scenes of 1997 repeated this weekend. Tyson was disqualified from the bout as a result of the incident, and explained that he ‘wanted to kill’ Holyfield.

The 54-year-old has looked sensational in training ahead of the high-profile exhibition fight
‘I bit him because I wanted to kill him. I was really mad about my head being bumped and everything. I really lost consciousness of the whole fight. It took me out of my fight plan and everything,’ he recently revealed to Fox News.
Fans and pundits are unsure what to expect from the clash between the two veterans, who share a combined age of 105.
There are concerns for the long-term implications of any injury sustained in the bout, and despite the ‘no knockout rule’, Ryan Kavanaugh of Triller, the broadcaster showing the fight, has insisted knockouts are allowed.
‘A knockout is allowed. We heard someone say there’s no knockouts. A knockout is absolutely allowed… If someone’s bleeding, the fight’s not going to stop,’ he told Variety.
