(CNN) — Although she has one of the biggest hits in the music industry in a long time, don’t expect Miley Cyrus to go on tour.
During a recently published interview with British Vogue, Cyrus discussed the success of her hit single “Flowers” and said of touring: “It’s been a minute.”
“After the last show [en un estadio como cabeza de cartel] what did I do [en 2014], I put it more as a question. And I can’t,” she said. “Not just ‘can’t’, because ‘can’t’ is your ability, but my wish. Do I want to live my life for someone else’s pleasure or satisfaction other than my own? And you know what…”
“I love performing, but more or less for them,” Cyrus said of her fans. She doesn’t really like touring, however.
“Singing for hundreds of thousands of people is not really my thing,” Cyrus acknowledged. “There is no connection. There is no security.”
