An Australian mum has shared a mind-blowing beauty hack she saw on popular video platform TikTok.

Mum-of-two Steph Pase, 30, from Sydney, was utterly shocked and impressed by the helpful tactic she recently shared with her 202,000 Instagram followers.

The simple trick involves squirting a generous amount of micellar water onto a cotton pad and gently blowing into it until a foam forms on the other side.

It’s also important to note that once the micellar water was applied, Steph blew into the opposite side of the pad to allow it to foam easily.  

The social media star used the Garnier Micellar All-In-One Cleansing water, but alternative brands can be used to achieve the same result. 

The ‘game changing’ hack shocked thousands as few knew the product could be used this unconventional way. 

The concise video has since been viewed more than 70,000 times on Steph's Instagram page, and thousands more have embraced the trend on TikTok

Others who were also eager to try the trick dubbed the beauty hack as ‘genius’ and ‘brilliant’. 

HOW DO I MAKE A FOAMING MICELLAR FACE WASH? 

STEP 1 – Take some micellar water and a cotton pad.

STEP 2 – Pour a generous amount of the micellar water onto the cotton wipe.

STEP 3 – Blow into the other side of the pad.

STEP 4 – Wipe off the foam and apply to face as needed.
