Samantha Amit founded The Center for Development and Leadership within Amit Global after spending 15 years as a leader in international technology-driven companies. She has worked with a wide range of global and Fortune 500 customers across a variety of industries, including Hi-Tech, Bio-Tech, Finance, Government, Health Care, Higher Education, Manufacturing, and Aerospace & Defense. The program is structured in a way that you practice for 5 days and take 2-days to break or practice more. Each of the 5 days of the week you receive 15-30 minutes of learning and practice.
The program prepares you to use mindfulness in communication with others. There are exercises that you can use for any meeting or interaction you have also at home in your personal life.
