Ministry of Economy will allocate more than 10 million pesos for “Equipa Sinaloa” in 2023

Culiacán, Sinaloa, December 26, 2022.- In 2022 the “Equipa Sinaloa” program delivered 2,249 productive equipment for small businesses throughout the State with an investment of 5,741,964.98 pesos, reported the Secretary of Economy, Javier Gaxiola Coppel.

In the framework of the La Semanera press conference, Governor Rubén Rocha Moya endorsed what was done this 2022 in the program since it supports families with some type of trade and food preparation and sale businesses.

“People are very happy because it is delivered, especially to those who make churros, to those who offer dinner, lunch, tacos, etc., who are small businessmen (…) I congratulate all the small businessmen who are fighting ”, he expressed.

The program is a fulfilled commitment of the Government of Sinaloa that through the Ministry of Economy is carried out throughout the State and which has the purpose of supporting the popular economy and promoting self-employment.

Gaxiola Coppel recalled that “Equipa Sinaloa” is aimed at micro-enterprises and women and men entrepreneurs who receive support in productive equipment with a value of up to 25 thousand pesos.

He specified that oven equipment has been delivered to make bread and pastries, furniture for beauticians, tools for electricians and masons, carts for tacos and hot dogs, among others.

“When the Governor says that we serve all sectors and all corners of the state, that is what we are doing with this noble program, because what we created with Equipa Sinaloa is not only to give them the equipment, but to give them the training so that they can develop it accordingly. the best way,” he stressed.

With “Equipa Sinaloa”, said the Secretary of Economy, the generation of employment is promoted, with this each equipment that is delivered creates a new businessman and businesswoman; We equip, supervise and train so that they learn to manage their businesses, earn money, grow and generate economy and jobs.

The State official announced that by 2023 the budget for the program will increase to 10 million pesos in order to increase its service capacity for small businesses.

He explained that the service windows for the “Equipa Sinaloa” program are located in the URGE offices of the 18 municipalities and in the Ministry of Economy in the state government palace and the requirements are: copy of the INE or passport, business photo , commitment letter, application to the program, description of the business and quote of the requested equipment.
