Former Egyptian football team Al-Ahly player, Moamen Zakaria, sent a message of reassurance to the fans and his fans about his return to the stadiums after the illness he suffered and kept him out of the stadiums for a long time.
Moamen Zakaria had been away from the stadiums for about two years due to his ALS, but he preached his fans in a message of reassurance on Saturday, that he will return to the stadium soon.
And Moamen Zakaria wrote in the message on his official page on the social networking site “Twitter”: “Praise be to God, then praise be to God, then praise be to God for his countless blessings, O Lord, to you.
It is reported that Moamen Zakaria canceled his medical trip to the United States of America after the outbreak of the new Corona virus “Covid-19” in the recent period.
Egyptian press sources revealed that the former Al-Ahly and Zamalek player had greatly improved his condition, as he was following his treatment program through video communication techniques.
The sources added that the recent support campaigns carried out by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and the players of Al-Ahly, Zamalek and the Egyptian national team, have contributed to the improvement of his psychological state, which helped in his improvement in general.
Al-Ahly club had announced earlier that it would sponsor the treatment of Moamen Zakaria in addition to paying his full financial dues for his contract in the club without deduction, after the club obtained approval from the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Moamen Zakaria’s disease is a rapidly spreading disease in the body, as it moves from muscle atrophy to nerves, and thus the body loses control over the muscles, which affects the human body and all its senses even in speech.
This atrophy is also treated according to its degree and the patient’s ability to absorb it, and contrary to what is known, he can return again to exercise.
