Moonstake Wallet introduces Staking of TRON (TRX)

In a press release on Oct. 8, Moonstake announced that it was now an official Super Partner of the TRON network and its users will be able to start staking TRX tokens on both Moonstake mobile and web wallets.

This makes TRON the thirteenth coin on Moonstake that users can stake and earn staking rewards.

The press release read:

Creating the largest staking network in Asia

Moonstake opened its doors in 2020 intending to become the largest cryptocurrency staking network in Asia.  

It has gone ahead to develop one of the most user-friendly mobile and web wallets. It has a mobile wallet for both iOS and Android.

The Moonstake wallets support over 2,000 cryptocurrencies.

The total locked value on Moonstake has rapidly grown and it is currently worth over $1 billion making it among the top 10 largest crypto staking providers around the globe.

Staking the TRX tokens on Moonstake

According to the press release, the steps of staking TRON (TRX) tokens on Moonstake wallets is extremely simple; it only takes three simple steps.

First, a user is required to register for a Moonstake wallet (either a web or mobile wallet).

Secondly, the user should select TRX from the “Wallets” screen and select “Add Asset” to add TRX to the Moonstake wallet. Once the user gets TRX into the wallet, he or she should go back to the TRX screen, and from the staking tab select “Staking button” and click on it. It will prompt the user to insert their wallet password before proceeding for security purposes. Once the password is inserted and accepted, the process will be complete the user will have staked TRX.
