- Nicholas
- Ohio

- Pleasants
- Preston
- Putnam

The DOE announced non-traditional learning days for Cabell, Clay, Lincoln, Mingo and Pocahontas counties.
In addition, Marshall University and West Virginia State University will be closed on Tuesday.
In Morgantown, West Virginia University will operate on a delay with campus opening at noon.
