Mother warns others not to leave telephone chargers plugged in soon after fireplace wrecked residence

A mother has warned some others not to depart phone chargers plugged in overnight right after a hearth wrecked their uninsured relatives home. 

Donna Symes, 40, from Glasgow experienced been getting ready dinner with her spouse Mohamed at about 8pm very last night when the house hearth alarm went off.

The singer ran upstairs to find a fireplace had erupted in her 13-yr-previous son Kane’s bed room and had started from a cell phone charger that had been plugged in subsequent to his bed.

A GoFundMe has been established up for the household by a spouse and children buddy, Jamie Stevenson.

He wrote: ‘Hi, so at all over 8pm on the 24th of November a mobile phone charger that was plugged in driving a mattress in my friend’s residence caught fire and has direct to the entire upstairs of the household becoming ruined and all the contents of the home ruined by both fire or smoke injury.

‘Any assistance at all would be tremendously appreciated’.
