‘Murdered’ pensioner was ‘living in sheltered lodging blighted by prostitutes and gangs’

A pensioner who was allegedly murdered during a mobility scooter theft outdoors Tesco was ‘living in sheltered accommodation blighted by medication gangs and prostitutes,’ a neighbour has claimed.

Neil Shadwick, 63, was identified unresponsive and without the need of his scooter in the grocery store vehicle park in Stroud, Gloucestershire, shortly prior to 6am on Sunday.

The pensioner, who battled Parkinson’s disorder, was rushed to Gloucestershire Royal Medical center by paramedics, but died later on the very same day.

Now, his neighbour statements that medicine gangs and prostitutes had been targeting older people in the neighborhood.

Mental wellness worker Rob Marsh, 60, advised The Times that prostitutes followed adult men from the Tesco Categorical and attempted to make conversation. He also claimed a medicines gang was ‘cuckooing’ an alleged ‘vulnerable adult’ by taking of their house as a drug working foundation.

Mr Marsh’s statements arrive as law enforcement have issued an attraction for far more details into the attack.

Officers later arrested a 40-yr-outdated lady on suspicion of theft and murder. Magistrates yesterday granted Gloucestershire Police extra time to issue her.

A spokesperson for the force explained: ‘Magistrates have granted a warrant of further detention this morning for a lady who experienced been arrested on suspicion of murder.

‘It indicates the female, aged 40, can continue being in law enforcement custody for an added 36 hrs pursuing her arrest in connection with the loss of life of a gentleman in Stroud about the weekend.

‘Police were named soon in advance of 6am on Sunday with a report a person experienced been observed unresponsive in the car or truck park of Tesco superstore on Stratford Highway.

‘The man, aged in his 60s, experienced been observed with no his mobility scooter which he utilizes as his manner of transport.
