Myanmar .. Video of a stabbing incident in Yangon, amid protests

Members of a group supporting the military junta in Myanmar on Thursday attacked a number of protesters against the army’s takeover of power, wounding some of them, in Yangon city.

Pictures and videos posted on social media showed the attacks and injuries in Yangon city center while police were standing idly by without interference. A widely circulated video also showed a man stabbed in front of an administrative building near a major intersection in the city center, a major venue for anti-coup protests. It was not immediately possible to know the number and condition of the wounded.
