The former Miami Heat player, three-time NBA champion and one of the best shooting guards of the last decade, is convinced that not even Jordan is immune to the passage of time and that it will end up taking its toll on the collective memory.
In a recent episode of the podcast ‘Armchair Expert’ The former Heat, Bulls and Cavaliers player said that there will come a day when Jordan will be left behind because the quality of the game continues to evolve: “I thought he was good, but I see the players today and I see that they are better than me”.
“The game continues to move forward, so we will continue to see things that we have never seen before,” Wade said before speaking directly about Jordan and the debate about the best player in all history: “Now it is going to be the younger generation that going to have this conversation and they will forget about Jordan like we forget about Kareem”
