Paul Pierce, one of the last legends in the history of the Celtics, does not win for controversy after his retirement as an NBA player. The former player was already in the news at the end of 2021 after being denounced by his marijuana supplier and now his name is making headlines again for something unrelated to his legacy on the court.
The former Celtics, Nets, Clippers and Wizards player has published a video on his social networks in which he is seen in a sensual attitude with his current partner Sophia Elizabeth. Some images that came to light just a few hours after the former forward participated in the Celtics’ tribute to Kevin Garnett.
Pierce was already the subject of criticism for another sexual content video last April. In it he was seen surrounded by strippers and in a drunken state. The forward, aware of the recording at all times, appears with a stripper caressing him while other girls in underwear danced behind him while he played poker.
The player’s attitude led to his dismissal from his position as an NBA analyst and commentator on the ESPN network, where he arrived in 2017. Shortly after the news broke, Pierce himself took it upon himself to post a video on his social networks at the one that is seen smiling and the one that was accompanied by the following message: “Great things will come soon, don’t forget to smile.”
