Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Health Minister Yuli Edelstein visited a lawmaker for their Likud party, who was hospitalized in critical condition after being diagnosed with the Coronavirus.
Last night, after being vaccinated against the coronavirus, Netanyahu, accompanied by Edelstein, went to the Sheba Medical Center on the outskirts of Tel Aviv, with the aim of checking on the health of the canine in the Knesset, David Petan.
Israeli media circulated footage of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Health waving through a glass barrier at the injured lawmaker, whose family announced yesterday that he is in a dangerous but stable condition.
Channel 12 reported that Bitan ignored doctors’ instructions and did not stop holding attendance meetings prior to his diagnosis of Corona, despite the symptoms he had, and about 30 people had to enter quarantine after his injury.
