Dead Boy Detectives, which is part of the DC Comics Sandman universe, follows teen ghosts, Edwin Paine and Charles Roland, as they work alongside Crystal the clairvoyant to solve mysteries for their supernatural clientele.
The eight-episode series, which dropped onto Netflix UK and Ireland on April 25, proved a huge hit with both horror and mystery fans but sadly won’t be returning for a second series.
Shortly after it was revealed the show has been cancelled, the two lead stars shared their upset on social media.

He wrote: ‘Just wanted to come on here and say how forever grateful I am to Dead Boy Detectives.
