Deion Sanders’ Nike Air Diamond Turfs are set to return to shelves on January 24th in the original “Falcons” colorway, retailing for $150 and landing in men’s sizing. Promised in the SNKRS Spring 2025 preview and in many ways a sequel retro effort to the Air DT Max ’96, the return of these Deion Sanders shoes continues a spate of 90s bring-backs.
The Diamond Turfs will of course release via SNKRS, but a host of additional retailers like Sneaker Politics, TAKOUT and Finish Line will also host their own launches. Check out our complete “Where To Buy” section just ahead for a detailed breakdown of which stores to watch. The first in a five-stage signature line with Nike, the Nike Air Diamond Turf has persisted as one of Deion’s most lasting sneaker styles, prompting Nike to retro the shoe on four previous occasions (2005, 2010, 2011, 2013). With Prime Time and the Swoosh rekindling their relationship after a hiatus that sent him Under Armour’s way instead, they’ve been able to pay off fans who called for his shoes to line the shelves again.
Though reprising the iconic “Falcons” colorway of the Diamond Turf is only right for this renewed inaugural release, it certainly won’t be the last. The same way that the Air DT Max ’96 was rolled out in novel “Colorado” editions, new makeups are on tap down the line, including one that references his “Signing Day” outfit from his draft.
