A mother-of-three has revealed how she lost 3.5 inches of stomach fat in just six weeks – after a decade of exercising unsuccessfully.
Kirsty O’Keefe, 50, from London, found it ‘impossible’ to shift her post-baby weight after having her third child, aged 40, no matter how hard she worked out.
As she approached her 50th birthday she was keen to celebrate with a group holiday to a hot country, but was conscious about showing her ‘loose and wrinkly’ stomach in a bikini.
The mum, who is a UK clothes size 10-12, decided to try the new ‘non-surgical liposuction’, which uses radio-frequency heat to break down fat cells, while simulataneously working out the stomach muscles.

Recalling how she had been desperate to lose weight for 10 years, Kirsty said: ‘I had given birth to my third child age 40 and no matter how much I exercised I couldn’t shift that last little bit of fat off my stomach. I also found the skin on my abdomen needed some tightening as well.
‘I’m an average size 10/12 but I wanted my stomach to be tighter and less wrinkled- was a bit loose after three pregnancy and exercise just wasn’t working.’
She continued: ‘I’ve just turned 50 and had planned a trip away with friends to celebrate, but I wanted to feel comfortable wearing a bikini.’

Kirsty decided to try a six-session course of the new ‘non-invasive liposuction treatment’, which promises to target fat loss, muscle toning and skin tightening at once.
The mum-of-three was amazed when she managed to lose 3.5 inches from her waist in six weeks, and says she finally feels comfortable enough to wear a bikini.
The sessions take less than an hour and see a therapist applying gel to the target area before going over it with a handpiece emitting radio-frequency heat.
Kirsty said: ‘The first session I found a little bit uncomfortable, my stomach felt a bit tender the next day, but as the sessions go on you get more and more used to it.
‘The machine contracts and engages with the muscles so it is a bit of a strange feeling but nothing painful or unbearable.
‘Each session is only 40 minutes and there is no downtime so I was able to go straight back to my busy day as normal.’
Kirsty attended a weekly session for six weeks and was amazed at the results.
Elsewhere, Amelia, 40, wanted to lose her post ‘mum tum’ and saw results after four sessions (seen left before and right afterwards) She said: ‘I was frustrated with the looser skin and small bit of fat on my abdomen after pregnancy that I just wasn’t able to shake with diet and exercise. I didn’t want perfection, but just a little help.’
Amelia said: (seen left before and right afterwards) ‘I stand taller and don’t worry as much if I put a 2 piece swimsuit on. I’m more comfortable being in my body and proud of what there is that won’t go away’
She said: ‘I could see a difference straight after session one, comparing the photos and measurements that Susan had taken before starting, I couldn’t wait for the next treatment, and to see how the results would improve over the following weeks.
‘I had hoped the treatment results would be quick and It certainly made a huge difference after the first treatment. I had finished all 6 sessions in 6 weeks, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this with just going to the gym alone.’
Admitting she feels so much more confident than before, Susan added: ‘I lost 3.5 inches over 6 weeks.
‘I look and feel more toned, the skin on my stomach is tighter and at 50 I feel fantastic! Clothes definitely fit better and I feel confident & comfortable in a bikini.’
She added: ‘It started off as my little secret but the results were so fantastic, I had to share it with my friends. My closest friends are all very impressed with their results.’
