The Owls went ahead in the 60th minute after a goalless first-half, with Josh Windass heading in from close-range after a pin-point looping cross from Adam Reach.
Daniel Farke’s side sprung to life as time ticked down, with Mario Vrancic providing with assists for both Josh Martin and Max Aarons, who completed the comeback.
